Ronald is a Founding Partner of Avatar Capital.   He is a professional in the private equity real estate industry, with an extensive track record in the Asia Pacific region.

 

With over 10 years of experience as the Country Head of Hong Kong for CLSA Real Estate, he played a pivotal role in the underwriting of deals throughout Asia and managed investment portfolios worth over USD 1.5 billion.

 

Ronald also serves on the board of Pecan Foundation Limited, the family office of his family. He is known for his ability to navigate and invest in complex asset classes, such as a partnership with Trinity Medical Group to purchase and repositioning assets into Radiology and Imaging medical centers.. His strategic vision has earned him a reputation as a trusted and a sought-after partner in the real estate sector.

 

Ronald holds a Master of Science from Singapore Management University and a Bachelor of Science Degree from University of Southern California.
